Metlen Energy & Metals PLC - Athens-based energy and metallurgy company - Says external auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers SA request more time to complete work on its 2025 financial statement, Metlen's first as a dual-listed entity in London and Athens. Metlen will now release of its annual results on April 9 after a nine-day delay. It confirms guidance of earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of around GBP750 million.
Current stock price: EUR31.95, down 8.1% on Friday in London.
12-month change: down 32% from initial public offering price of EUR47.15 in August last year
