MetalNRG PLC - London-based investor in natural resources and energy - Says it is continuing civil legal proceedings in the English High Court against Brit Energy Holdings LLP, Pierpoalo Rocco and BritNRG Ltd for a declaration and the recovery of monies paid to the LLP in 2021, for a total of GBP1.0 million plus interests and costs.
Says the application for expedition was heard on August 1 and was granted, with the court scheduling the listing of the application for summary judgement for September 21 and 22. Accordingly, the company expects determination of the main causes of action by no later than September 22.
