Mercantile Ports & Logistics Ltd - Indian port and logistics facility developer - Gets extension to file audited accounts for 2019. Whilst progress in the audit process has been made over the last month, the lockdown restrictions in India due to Covid-19 continue and the audit is not yet complete. The audit is expected to be concluded before the end of September. Nothing material to add to July 31 announcement.
