IN BRIEF: ME Group names Vladimir Crasneanscki as deputy CEO

ME Group International PLC - Surrey, England-based vending machine operator - Appoints Vladimir Crasneanscki as deputy chief executive, with immediate effect. Notes Crasneanscki joined the board as an executive director back in June of last year, with him recently having held the roles of Managing Director UK and head of Investor Relations. He joined the company in April 2022, with ME Group noting his success in developing strategic partnerships with high-football site owners.

"I am delighted to announce the appointment of Vladimir as deputy CEO. Since joining the company, he has been instrumental in the success of the group's UK operations as well as the continued progress and development of our core activities, particularly Wash.ME. His strong leadership skills will be invaluable to the group," says Non-Executive Chair John Lewis.

"We have a strong leadership team in place, and we will continue to consider and evolve the composition of the Board as we further build our leading position and progress our long-term growth strategy."

Current stock price: 140.95 pence, up 1.7% on Monday morning in London
