NAV return stands at 19% for 2021, up from 0.92% in 2020. Net investment income in 2021 more than doubles to USD1.4 million from USD543,160 the previous year. Company says it is "encouraged" by the progress in its investment portfolio despite an "uneven" recovery due to pandemic conditions. Adds that loan and collateralized loan obligations saw momentum during 2021. Pays a 2021 dividend of USD0.0825, up 27% from 2020 and its highest annual dividend payout.
