Marble Point Loan Financing Ltd - Guernsey based closed-ended investment company - Amends certain provisions of its credit deal with City National Bank. Says amendments include an extension of the scheduled maturity date to May 20 next year, and a revised total commitment of USD9.0 million. Additionally, there will be "newly agreed upon amortisation schedule" of at least USD250,000 quarterly. As at Thursday, outstanding borrowings on Marble Point's revolving credit facility totals USD7.9 million.
