Malin Corp PLC - Dublin-based investor in life sciences companies - Confirms that defamation proceedings on behalf of founding members Kelly Martin and Sean Murphy were issued against the company, Chair Liam Daniel, and Chief Executive Darragh Lyons. Says the company, Daniel and Lyons dispute the basis for the claim and that the proceedings will be fully defended.
