Maintel Holdings PLC - London-based cloud and managed service specialist - Chief Executive Officer Ioan MacRae resigns with immediate effect. Executive Chair Carol Thompson will assume day-to-day responsibility while Maintel searches for a new CEO.
MacRae joined Maintel in 2019, having previously served as managing director for UK and Ireland at technology firm Avaya Holding Corp.
Thompson says: "It has been a challenging few years for the business, with Ioan having led the group through some of the most difficult trading conditions in recent history. He has now taken the decision to step back from the business before moving on to his next venture. We wish him all the best with his future endeavours."
