Magnum Ice Cream Co NV - Amsterdam-based ice cream company spun off from Unilever PLC and owner of Magnum, Ben & Jerry's and Cornetto brands - Gerardo Rozanski, president of the Americas, buys 60,000 shares at average USD15.46 on Tuesday, worth USD927,194. Magnum Ice Cream directors have purchased nearly EUR3 million in shares in the past few weeks.
