IN BRIEF: Magnum Ice Cream directors buy over EUR150,000 in shares

Magnum Ice Cream Co NV - Amsterdam-based ice cream company spun off from Unilever PLC and owner of Magnum, Ben & Jerry's and Cornetto brands - Chief of Staff & Head of Strategy Tim Gunning buys 7,000 shares at EUR14.23 each on Thursday, a total of EUR99,588. Chief Creative Officer Julien Barraux buys 4,000 shares at average EUR13.82 each on Friday, a total of EUR55,289. This follows the earlier purchase of around EUR1.3 million in shares by Magnum directors on Thursday.

Current stock price: 1,204.50 pence, down 1.2% on Thursday morning in London; down 1.0% at EUR13.86 in Amsterdam

12-month range: up 7.3% in London and 6.9% in Amsterdam since IPO in December
