M Winkworth PLC - London-based estate agent - Chief Executive Officer Dominic Agace gives optimistic outlook as trading in the first quarter of 2023 was in line with own expectations, with a larger focus on letting income. Expects interest rates to peak soon, but at a higher level than previously anticipated. Further, expects sales market to perform well in 2023. Meanwhile, cites opening of four new franchises to open in the second half of the year. CEO Agace says: "We are well positioned for when confidence returns and transactions improve."
