M&C Saatchi PLC - advertising firm - Says results from April and May "not quite as severe as we had first expected". Early actions taken to reduce costs and access to government support programmes have protected the group from the "most severe effects" of the crisis to date. Has solid balance sheet and as at June 23 had total cash of GBP52 million. Adds it has received three-month extension to filing deadline for its 2019 results, targeting July.
