Love Hemp Group PLC - London-based consumer goods company focussed on CBD health and wellness solutions - Takes the necessary steps to place its operational subsidiary Love Hemp Ltd into administration and appoints Paul Cooper and Jamie Taylor of Begbies Traynor Group PLC as joint administrators.
In February, the company reported that it went into administration, due to "significant" legal issues that hurt day-to-day running and led to a sharp fall in first-quarter revenue.
Love Hemp shares are currently suspended on Aquis. They last traded at 0.43 pence each in London on April 29, 2022.
