BSF Enterprise PLC - UK-based company formed to undertake an acquisition - Reports a widening year-on-year loss to GBP33,885 in the six months to March 31, 2020 from GBP32,877 the year before. An improvement in BSF's cash position was however reported, rising to GBP490,153 at March 31, 2020 from GBP6,353 in the prior year. The firm was created to make an acquisition in the "innovation marketing and technology sector".
