London Finance & Investment Group PLC - London-based investment finance and management company - At June 30, net assets fall to 54.8 pence per share from 60.5p at the same time a year prior. Says the sale of 4.2 million shares in Finsbury Food Group PLC for GBP3.4 million led to a decrease in the value of its strategic investments to GBP4 million from GBP8.2 million over the year ended June 30. The value of its general portfolio, however, increases 16% over the year to GBP14.0 million from GBP12.1 million. Total payout for the year is 1.15p, unchanged from a year prior.
