Literacy Capital PLC - London-based investment company focused on UK businesses - Makes a significant minority investment in amplify5, a provider of offshoring to Cape Town, South Africa. Literacy Capital says the investment will fund further growth of the company. No financial details of the amplify5 investment have been provided.

"We're pleased to make our 25th investment since inception of the fund in amplify5, a rapidly growing and disruptive offshoring business. The investment from Literacy Capital will support and accelerate amplify5's exciting growth plans, enabling the business to expand into additional Cape Town locations, increase capacity and strengthen its team," says Chief Executive Officer Richard Pindar.

Current stock price: 456.00 pence, up 2.0% on Wednesday afternoon in London
