Kosmos Energy Ltd - Dallas, Texas-based miner focused on oil and gas in Africa - Subsidiary Kosmos Energy GTA Holdings intends to issue USD350 million in senior secured bonds in the Nordic market. Says the bonds will be due in 2031 and guaranteed by Kosmos and its subsidiaries. Company intends to use the offering's net proceeds to fund its tender offer for 7.750% senior notes due 2027, worth USD250 million, for general corporate purposes and to "repay certain borrowings under its reserve-based lending facility".
Current stock price: 71.50 pence, up 3.3% on Monday in London
