Kore Potash PLC - Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo - Appoints Pablo Hernandez Mac-Donald as non-executive director to represent 15% shareholder Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile SA, starting immediately. He replaces Ignacio Majluf, who no longer works for SQM. Hernandez Mac-Donald is vice president for Finance Commercial Offices within SQM, which is Kore Potash's largest shareholder alongside Oman Investment Authority.
