Kooth PLC - London-based provider of digital mental health care - Receives communication from the US state of Pennsylvania, noting the state's right to terminate Kooth's recently-extended pilot contract within a 30-day notice period. The contract with the Department of Human Services was initially intended to run until June 30, 2024, and was later extended to June 2025, whilst negotiations on a new contract were ongoing. Following this communication, Kooth is urgently seeking clarification on the status of its work in Pennsylvania. Kooth says its expectations for 2024 and 2025 remain unchanged, but does not specify what its forecast is.
