Kodal Minerals PLC - miner developing project in southern Mali and Ivory Coast - Raises GBP3.5 million from oversubscribed placing of 2.80 billion shares at 0.125 pence each. Will use funds to develop gold assets and flagship Bougouni project, south of Bamako in Mali.
