Keras Resources PLC - Surrey, England-based mine developer focused on West Africa and the US - Says its shares have been restored to trading on AIM following the publication of its annual report for 2022.
Earlier on Thursday, the company said its annual revenue more than doubled, despite a decline in phosphate mined at Diamond Creek. Its pretax loss narrowed to GBP997,000 in 2022, from GBP2.0 million in the 15 months to December 31, 2021. Revenue more than doubled to GBP994,000 from GBP432,000 the year before.
Company also announces on Thursday that it has issued 361,446 shares at 4.15 pence each to SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP in lieu of a cash payment of GBP15,000 due for the provision of professional advisory services.
