Kavango Resources PLC - London-headquartered metals exploration firm - Says soil sampling commences across its joint venture exploration licences in the Kalahari copper belt. This marks "important next step" as it resumes field exploration in Botswana after more than six months of restrictions put in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Kavango and its joint venture partners plan to drill once suitable targets have been identified. Chief Executive Michael Foster says coming 12 months "promise to be an extremely exciting time." Power Metal Resources PLC also notes the commencement of exploration at the Kalahari copper belt joint venture.
