Jubilee Metals Group PLC - London-based metal processing company - Non-Executive Director Nicholas Taylor resigns after five years, with immediate effect. Taylor joined the board in 2020. "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Nick for his more than five years of service and wish him well with his future endeavours. He has provided valuable input on numerous matters as a member of various committees during his time with the company," Jubilee Chair Mathews Phosa says.
