IN BRIEF: Jubilee Metals CFO steps down, Reuel Khoza to join board

Jubilee Metals Group PLC - London-based metal processing company, with projects in South Africa and Zambia - Chief Financial Officer Neal Reynolds resigns to pursue a new opportunity. Says Reynolds will leave Jubilee after publication of its annual financial results, expected during the week of September 30. Riaan Smit, currently chief financial officer of the chrome & PGM division in South Africa, has been appointed interim group CFO, while a replacement is found.

Reynolds also says it has appointed Reuel Khoza as a non-executive director. Khoza's appointment is subject to regulatory approval and he is expected to join the board next month. He is president of the Institute of Directors Southern Africa and Chair of Discovery Bank, a division of Discovery Ltd. he has served on the boards of Nedbank Group Ltd, state-owned Public Investment Corp Ltd, another state-owned entity Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, and JSE Ltd.
