JTC PLC - Jersey-based professional services company - Majority of voters at court and general meetings support the acquisition of JTC by Papilio Bidco Ltd, indirectly owned by funds advised by Permira Advisers LLP and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. JTC agreed to the GBP2.7 billion all-cash takeover in November.
