JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income Trust PLC - invests in UK-listed smaller companies - Promotes Non-Executive Director Katrina Hart to chair, effective from after the company's annual general meeting on November 27, succeeding Andrew Impey, who is retiring from the board. Incoming chair Hart also is an independent non-executive director at London-based real estate investment trust AEW UK REIT PLC, and a senior independent director at Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust PLC. Keystone invests in companies which make positive social or environmental impact and is managed by Baillie Gifford.
