John Laing Group PLC - infrastructure investor - Invests AUD22.5 million, around GBP12.4 million, to increase its shareholding in Clarence Correctional Centre. John Laing has acquired additional 10% interest from construction partner John Holland Group which increases John Laing's overall shareholding to 90%. Clarence is public-private partnership project between New South Wales government and NorthernPathways Consortium to design, build, finance and maintain a 1,700 bed correctional centre in Grafton, New South Wales, Australia.
