Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Chief Executive Officer Lincoln Pan buys 14,800 shares in Singapore for USD993,450 in total. Of these, 7,400 were acquired on Friday at USD67.38 each, and 7,400 on Monday at USD66.87. Pan, who became CEO earlier this month, previously purchased 29,600 Jardine Matheson shares in three transactions for USD2.0 million in total, the company reported on Monday last week.
