Jangada Mines PLC - London-based resource company - Sells additional 9.3 million of its shares in ValOre Metals at a price of CAD0.30 each, providing Jangada with gross proceeds of CAD2.8 million, about GBP1.6 million. The proceeds will be used for ongoing exploration work and working capital purposes at the company's 100%-owned Pitombeiras vanadium project in Brazil.
