IWG PLC - Zug, Switzerland-based provider of rentable workspaces for companies and individuals - Confirms name change to "International Workplace Group PLC". Says that at its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, nearly 100% of shareholders voted in favour of the change, which has now taken effect and will be updated on the London Stock Exchange "in due course".
The company's ticker remains unchanged.
