Ironveld PLC - Cardiff, Wales-based iron miner focused on South Africa - Makes substantial progress with Inclusive Investment Group Pty Ltd on securing project development funding to start operations at magnetite project in South Africa.
Progress includes extension of exercise date for option agreement between IIG and Ironveld from November 30 to September 30. On option grant, IIG can subscribe for 440.2 million Ironveld shares at a price of 0.42 pence per subscription share. IIG has also agreed to extend loan of USD1.0 million and bridge loan facility of ZAR3.3 million.
