Iomart Group PLC - Glasgow-based cloud computing company - Says that Non-Executive Chair Lucy Dimes will assume role of executive chair on part-time basis from Monday, with a focus on development of "external facing corporate opportunities", cooperating with other executive directors. The company says that additional executive resource will allow Iomart to take full advantage of opportunities in the IT Cloud marketplace.
Iomart Group says that trading remains in line with board expectations.
