Investec PLC and Ltd - Sandton-based financial services company - Announces the results of its tender offer for holders of its 2.63% callable fixed rate resettable subordinated notes due 2031, which are worth GBP350.0 million in total. The tender offer expired on Thursday afternoon. Investec says notes worth a total principal amount of GBP305.5 million have been validly tendered, and that its final acceptance amount is GBP294.2 million. Notes outstanding after the settlement date, expected to be Monday, are expected to total GBP55.8 million.
