Invesco Bond Income Plus Ltd - Oxfordshire, England-based investment firm focused on high-yield bonds - Raises gross proceeds of GBP25 million through the placing and retail offer announced on January 29. Issues 14.4 million new shares at 173.28 pence each, of which 7.7 million were issued under the placing and 6.7 million for the retail offer.
