Intuitive Investments Group PLC - Manchester, England-based life sciences and technology investor - Raises GBP1.6 million through issue of 1.3 million new shares at GBP1.20 per share. Proceeds will be invested in portfolio company Hui10 Inc to accelerate the rollout of its products and services in China. Non-Executive Director Malcolm Gillies subscribes for 33,380 of the new shares. He now has 178,568 shares, a 0.09% stake.
