International Biotechnology Trust PLC - investment trust - Says net asset value per share 738.6p at August 31, up from 623.9p a year ago. NAV per share total return in the 12 months to August 31 is 22%, while the NASDAQ Biotechnology Index returned 20.6% and the FTSE All-Share Index returned minus 12.6%.
"Covid-19 has significantly increased the general interest in healthcare issues. We do not foresee this interest waning and are confident that this will translate into further interest in the company," firm says.
