IN BRIEF: Intercede Gets USD1.0 Million Order From US Contract

Intercede Group PLC - cybersecurity software firm with offices in Reston, US state of Virginia and Lutterworth, Leicestershire - Received USD1.0 million initial progress order from ten-year US Department of State contract. The deal, signed in late July, will see Intercede create an Identity Management System and Credential Management System for the DoS and its customers.

"The ten-year, multi-million dollar contract will see Intercede's MyID software issuing and managing the lifecycle of hundreds of thousands of DoS employee digital identities as part of the agency's next-generation IDMS implementation," Intercede explained.

Intercede noted it expects to receive a further order for software licenses and associated development, professional services and support & maintenance within the next few months.
