Inspecs Group PLC - Bath, England-based eyewear - Chief Executive Officer Robin Totterman buys 34,482 shares at 290 pence, worth GBP99,998, on Wednesday. Totterman now interested in 18.6 million shares, a 18.3% stake. Inspecs on Wednesday says its pretax loss narrows to USD9.1 million in 2021 from USD11.2 million in 2020, as revenue multiplies to USD246.5 million from USD47.4 million. Declares maiden dividend of 1.25p per share.
