Infrastructure India PLC - closed-ended investment company focused on assets in India - Notes the recent movement in its share price and the press speculation in connection to its stake in investee Distribution Logistics Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. Confirms that no definitive agreements have been signed, although it engaged in discussions with several parties, including advanced discussions with Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects Ltd.
In December 2021, the company started exploratory discussions in regard to the partial or complete sale of its stake in DLI.
