Induction Healthcare Group PLC - London-based hospital administration software provider - Hires Christopher Samler to be non-executive chair, starting immediately and replacing Chris Spencer, who is leaving after a three-year term. Samler co-founded Iceni Capital LLP, a private equity and venture capital firm for the UK services sector. More recently, he has chaired a number of healthcare and technology companies, including AIM-listed Tristel PLC, a manufacturer of disinfectant products.
