Impact Healthcare REIT PLC - real estate investment trust - Intends to raise GBP50 million via a placing of new shares. The company says the price of the Issue will be 111.5 pence per share, which represents a discount of 2.5% to the closing price per share of 114.4p on Thursday last week. The net proceeds of the placing will enable the company to repay amounts drawn under its revolving credit facilities and to fund new investments.
Current stock price: 113.40p, down 0.9% on Tuesday
Year-to-date change: up 4.0%
