IMI PLC - Birmingham, England-based engineering firm - Says JP Morgan Securities PLC will manage the remainder of the GBP100 million share buyback program that IMI announced back in July. JP Morgan will buy up to GBP50 million in shares for cancellation, completing this by the end of December.
