Idox PLC - Reading, England-based supplier of information management software for public and 'asset intensive' sectors - Signs five-year contract under which its Cloud service will provide environmental health and licensing solutions to Rother and Wealden District Councils for an undisclosed sum.
"This contract will see Idox provide the councils with environmental health and licensing solutions, as well as public sector housing at Rother District Council," Idox says. Idox Cloud's public protection software supports the inspection and enforcement of standards.
Chief Executive Officer David Meaden comments: "We are pleased to be working with Rother and Wealden District Councils to provide our Public Protection software. By enabling digital transformation within local government, Idox continues its commitment to deliver an enhanced user experience and productivity improvements for customers."
Adds the deal comes after it signed other contracts for Idox Cloud products since the beginning of 2022, such as for North Warwickshire Borough Council and four other local authorities.
