Ideagen PLC - Nottinghamshire-based information management software for regulated industries - Raises GBP48.7 million through placing, subscription and PrimaryBid offer of 22.7 million shares at a price of 215 pence per share.
Proceeds will go towards acquisition pipeline and associated costs, with Ideagen having visibility over "a number of potential acquisitions".
Following issue, now has 252.1 million shares issued overall.
