Ideagen PLC - Nottingham-based information management, safety, risk and compliance software provider - Says it has not yet received a formal takeover approach from London-based private equity firm Cinven Ltd. On Thursday last week, Cinven confirmed it was in the early stages of considering making an offer for Ideagen, although it said it had not yet spoken to Ideagen. "Ideagen has not received an approach from Cinven in relation to a possible offer for the company," the Nottingham-based firm says on Tuesday. Says it will provide an update as and when required.
Current stock price: 259.99 pence, up 2.8% on Tuesday
