Ideagen PLC - Nottinghamshire-based information management software for regulated industries - Completes GBP28.1 million acquisition of Harmony UK Holdings Ltd, also known as Huddle, as "certain procedural steps amongst Harmony's shareholders" have now been satisfied. As noted Wednesday last week, the acquisition of the software-as-a-service solutions provider for highly regulated sectors is expected to add about GBP3.5 million in Ebitda for Ideagen in first full-year of ownership.
