ICG Enterprise Trust PLC - London-based investor in North America and Europe buyouts - Announces EUR10 million co-investment alongside private equity manager Cinven Ltd to support the acquisition of Kansas-based software solutions company Archer Technologies LLC. Upon completion ICG Enterprise will hold a direct and a primary investment in Archer via its position as a limited partner in Cinven. Archer has operations in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific region. Cinven will work closely with management to continue internationalising Archer, including executing opportunities to expand its presence in North American and European key markets and verticals.
