ICG Enterprise Trust PLC - London-based private equity investor - Says net asset value per share at April 30 is 1,761 pence, up from 1,690p at the end of January. NAV per share total return was 4.5% in the quarter ended April 30, and 28% in the 12 months to the end of April. The compares to the FTSE All-Share Index total return of 1.1% for the quarter and 8.7% for the year to April 30. Proposes first-quarter dividend of 7p per share, maintaining its progressive dividend policy.
