Hollywood Bowl Group PLC - ten-pin bowling operator - Raises GBP30 million through placing of 13.0 million shares at 230 pence each, reflecting an 8.0% discount from its closing price of 250p on Thursday.
Proceeds will go towards allowing the company to invest in new centre opening opportunities, resume its planned revenue generating and cost saving capital expenditure programme in existing centres and to strengthen the balance sheet.
