Haydale Graphene Industries PLC - Ammanford, Wales-based graphene technology company - Raises GBP5.0 million through a placing and subscription of 250.0 million shares at a price of 2.0 pence per share.
Issue price reflects a 20% discount to company's closing price on Tuesday at 2.5p.
Proceeds from the fundraising will go towards fund the general working capital needs of Haydale's business.
Haydale will also go through with its open offer of 25.5 million shares at the same price to raise an additional GBP510,000.
Following the placing, subscription and open offer, Haydale Graphene is expected to have 785.9 million shares issued overall.
Current stock price: 2.34 pence, down 6.4% on Wednesday
